CANCELLATION POLICY
^{Refunds for this rally will be made only upon written request by emailing (searally2026@sea-fmca.com).  Cancellations made by December 15,2025 will receive a full refund minus $25 handling fee.  Cancellations made after January 28, 2026,  but before February 2, 2026 will receive a full refund minus $50 handling fee.  Absolutely no refunds after February 2, 2026!  Badges and confirmation materials must be returned to the SEA office.  All refunds will be made via registration means.}
